Hi, Usually the CTVn is defined by the involved nodes. However low tumours and extension of CTVB below the GEJ there are specific details in the scope protocol for extension to coeliac axis etc of CTVB which is essentially nodal basins. And similarly in cervical oesophageal cancer you would treat similarly to head and neck and have elective nodal volumes. SCOPE 2 protocol is what is followed in the U.K.
